I can't print

The most common reason why you might be having problems printing are as follows: You have not installed the desktop app, You are trying to print a label that is an image format such as .PNG/.JPG/.GIF, You are trying to print thermal label using your Mac.

PROBLEM

The most common reason why you might be having problems printing are as follows.

SOLUTION 1

You have not installed the desktop app

Install the desktop printing app using these links and login using the printing credentials you can find by going to any Preference you have creating and clicking on the Manage Printers button.

Login to the print app using the credentials and they try to print again.

Confirming the Desktop App is Running

You can confirm the desktop app is running by viewing the icon in the System Tray for window or the Menu Bar for the Mac:

SOLUTION 2

You are trying to print a label that is an image format such as .PNG/.JPG/.GIF

These types of labels aren't supported for printing via our desktop printing app.

The solution is to either choose the PDF label type OR the Thermal ZPL label type which is great for printing to your thermal printers.

This can be set on your Preference by editing the Preference and going to the bottom of the page to change the default label type. Or you when you are on the Shipping Wizard you can select the label type in Section 1.

SOLUTION 3

You are using a Mac

You are trying to print thermal label using your Mac, then follow the guide below on how to set up your MacOS Thermal Printer.
