How to contact Support and grant login access.

Grant Login Access to Zenkraft Support

Zenkraft Support might require to log in to your Salesforce Instance in order to assist you with setup, better understand a reported issue, or troubleshoot. Here we describe how to grant us login access for both Salesforce Classic and Lightning.

Salesforce Lightning

Click on your avatar, then select Settings.

Under My Personal Information select Grant Account Login Access.

Next click on the dropdown next to Zenkraft Ltd Support and select the access duration.

Salesforce Classic

Depending on the version of Salesforce that your organization is on there are two ways to do this: either via My Settings, or Setup.

Via My Settings: Click on your username, then My Settings.

Click on Personal > Grant Account Login Access

Via Setup: Go to Setup > My Personal Information > Grant Account Login Access

Next click on the dropdown next to Zenkraft Ltd Support and select the access duration.
