Preferences

In order to create a Preference for DHL Germany in the Multi-carrier application please obtain the credentials below directly from the carrier. Typically this information is obtainable from your carrier account manager or your internal logistics team.

Note: The Signature is actually the password connected to the DHL Germany webservice account. If the password needs to be changes please get in touch with Zenkraft Support and we can help you update it.

DHL Germany does not have a concept of a test environment. Therefore you will need your production credentials to get started!

Updating the API password

DHL Germany requires you to update you API password once a year. When you change the password please let us know by creating a case so we can update your credentials on you API account.
