Log a Case

Create Shipping Labels from Any Object

With Zenkraft you can ship with any object.

Prerequisites

Before you follow the guide, please ensure you have completed the following prerequisites:

  1. Installed the Multi-carrier app
  2. Created a preference with your live credentials or test credentials
  3. Created a lookup relationship to the object that you would like to ship to

Ship to a Lead

Follow the guide below to setup an integration with the objects specified:

Now if you go to the Lead object, select any record and you will now see a related list called "Shipments". In the related list, you'll see any created Shipments related to the Lead object -- you also will be able to jump to the Shipment Wizard by clicking "New Shipment".

The next step is to prefill the Shipment Wizard information, with details such as the recipient address, packaging and service types as well as the package weights and dimensions if needed.

Go to Custom Address Source object and click on New to create a new mapping

Give the Custom Address Source a Name and select the Lookup that you created above.

Next fill in all the fields you see below:




To find the correct values to add for packaging type and service type follow this link


Click Save. This completes your basic mapping for the Lead object. You can now go back to your test Lead and click on New Shipment to see the Shipment Wizard populate correctly.

Ship to a Contact

Now if you go to the Contact object, select any record and you will now see a related list called "Shipments". In the related list, you'll see any created Shipments related to the Contact object -- you also will be able to jump to the Shipment Wizard by clicking "New Shipment".

The next step is to prefill the Shipment Wizard information, with details such as the recipient address, packaging and service types as well as the package weights and dimensions if needed.

Go to Custom Address Source object and click on New to create a new mapping

Give the Custom Address Source a Name and select the Lookup that you created above.

Next fill in all the fields you see below:

Click Save. This completes your basic mapping for the Contact object. You can now go back to your test Contact and click on New Shipment to see the Shipment Wizard populate correctly.

Ship to an Opportunity

Now if you go to the Opportunity object, select any record and you will now see a related list called "Shipments". In the related list, you'll see any created Shipments related to the Opportunity object -- you also will be able to jump to the Shipment Wizard by clicking "New Shipment".

The next step is to prefill the Shipment Wizard information, with details such as the recipient address, packaging and service types as well as the package weights and dimensions if needed.

Ship to an Order

Ship to a Fulfillment Order

In the related list, you'll see any created Shipments related to the Fulfillment Order object -- you also will be able to jump to the Shipment Wizard by clicking "New Shipment".

The next step is to prefill the Shipment Wizard information, with details such as the recipient address, packaging and service types as well as the package weights and dimensions if needed.

Go to Custom Address Source object and click on New to create a new mapping

Give the Custom Address Source a Name and select the Lookup that you created above.
