The Challenge

• Luxury Garage Sale needs to deliver products to customers. This needs to be done as quickly as possible to achieve great ratings on the platforms they use.
• By consigning clothes from women around the world, they also need an efficient way to provide shipping labels to them.
• As a retailer, Luxury Garage Sale must also occasionally handle returns.
• Prior to using our FedEx App, Luxury Garage Sale copying and pasting information into fedex.com. This increases processing time by 5 – 10 minutes per package with a 10 – 20 percent error rate.
• They needed to switch to Salesforce because they outgrew their previous CRM system. Luxury Garage Sales products require individual SKU’s and other systems were unable to cope with this.
• When transferring goods to other stores, Luxury Garage Sale needs visibility over shipments.

• Luxury Garage Sales error rate is down to 0% when the Zenkraft App is being used correctly.
