By providing your team with automated, up-to-date tracking updates for every shipment, Zenkraft empowers your team to proactively manage shipments, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce manual follow-ups.
This update will give you an introduction to Zenkraft’s powerful tracking capabilities and walk you through how to verify your tracking setup and access features.
Tracking in Salesforce Core
Our Multi-Carrier package seamlessly integrates with your Salesforce instance to deliver regular tracking updates for every shipment, with minimal configuration required. By leveraging this feature, your team gains full visibility into the status of all shipments, as updates are automatically stored on the corresponding shipment object. This ensures you have up-to-date information at your fingertips, enabling faster decision-making, enhanced customer service, and more efficient operations.
Zenkraft also standardizes tracking statuses across different carriers into one of six standard statuses (Created, Picked Up, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered, and Exception). This reduces complexity for your team and enables standard shipment reporting across carriers.
For more granular tracking information, we also surface in your Salesforce instance the carrier status description, and the ability to enable checkpoints so your team can retain past tracking statuses for all shipments.
