Overview

Zenkraft is a native solution for pre and post purchase experiences on Salesforce Core and Commerce Cloud. We extend the customer 360 to include, Estimated shipping costs/delivery dates at checkout, Fulfillment operations in warehouses or stores, shipment tracking, and returns, either self service or through a CS agent/bot.

Install Multi-Carrier from AppExchange

2. Enabling Test Servers and Sample Data

After the app installation is complete:

• Navigate to the “Bringg Settings” tab
• Toggle “Demo mode”
• Click "Create FedEx Test Preference"
• Click "Create Bringg Preference"
• Click "Create 5 FedEx Shipments"
• Click "Create Bringg Shipments"
